The management company is Konsept Tarim, it’s the largest farmland management company in Turkey and we are in the process of building one of the largest and most modern Walnut Process Factories in the region.

We don’t charge any management fees until the 1st harvest period. All costs are covered from the income. 80% of the net harvest income will be paid to investors and 20% as a management fee, so our investors never have to deal with management and operational costs from their pockets.

All the harvest collected from the farmlands will be transferred to our factory. We will process your dry fruits, and we will sell them to domestic and international markets. Our factories in Turkey and Bosnia & Herzegovina provides you:
