⏳Citizenship Application Process, Investing Option:

• The client should make a ” fixed capital investment” of a minimum of USD 500,000 after September 19, 2018.

* ( Fixed Capital Investment should include investment elements such as land, building, machinery, and equipment for the production of goods and services…),

• After making such an investment, we are making a written application to the Ministry of Industry and Technology to get a conformity report with the required documents.

Required Documents for Confirmation Report:

1. investment information form,
2. passport copy (with Turkish translation and notarization),
3. Power Of Attorney (POA),
4. Signature circulars,
5. Trade registry Gazette record showing the shareholding structure and capital amount of the legal entity.

• If it’s determined by the Ministry of Industry and Technology that the application meets the required conditions, a conformity letter will be sent to the Citizenship Office,
• After we get the conformity report, we will apply to the Citizenship Office to get Turkish Citizenship.
